Rehabilitation

In partnership with Sumas Mountain Sport & Spine

Chiropractic care focuses on the spine, joints, and nervous system to improve overall health and mobility. Through personalized treatment plans, chiropractors use hands-on techniques, exercise, and non-invasive therapies to relieve pain, restore function, and prevent future issues.

Physiotherapy uses movement, exercise, and targeted treatments to restore function, reduce pain, and support recovery from injury or disease. With a whole-person approach, physiotherapists create customized plans designed to help you reach your health and wellness goals.

Registered massage therapy promotes relaxation, rehabilitation, and pain relief through hands-on treatment of soft tissues. Combining modern techniques with therapeutic exercise and hydrotherapy, massage therapy supports circulation, reduces tension, and enhances overall wellbeing.
